CANCELLATION - If you need to cancel or reschedule a class, please do so more than 8 hours prior to your scheduled class. If you cancel within 8 hours, or if you don’t show up, you will lose the class credit and will not be issued a refund. If you cancel more than 8 hours before your registered class, or if Above Ground cancels the class for ay reason, the class credit will be issued back to you. Please sign up well in advance for classes that you’d like to attend. If no students are signed up within 2 hours of the start of class, it is subject to cancellation.

TARDINESS - Please arrive a few minutes prior to the start of class. Classes begin with a ground based warm-up lasting 10-15 minutes. If you are between 5-15 minutes late, you must join the warm-up immediately and/or you must spend at least 8-10 minutes doing your own warm up. If you are unsure of what warm-up movements to do, your instructor will assign them to you.
